Bad weather? We have set up an alert system through Swimtopia to alert you of swim practice and swim meet cancellations due to weather. When lightning or thunder occurs, all swimmers will be cleared from the pool deck to wait in their vehicles or another safe place until the "all clear" is announced. The meet or practice will resume 30 minutes after the last occurrence of lightning or thunder. If weather conditions are too hazardous to continue, the meet will be rescheduled by the coaches and meet directors of each team.
It is highly recommended for parents to download the Swimtopia app! This app will serve as the communication portal throughout the season. On the Swimtopia App you will be able to receive Team Alerts for weather delays/cancellations, as well as view upcoming meets, volunteer commitments, and swim results.
